Information for your arrival.

There will be the bus booked for the whole group and you will be taken from the airport directly to the Centre. According the last arrival from the Netherlands, the bus will leave from the Prague airport at 16.30 p.m. on the 20th. The meeting point is at 16.00 at the arrivals and there will be Vera and our volunteers waiting for you with the sign UNITED COLORS. I will be already at the Centre preparing staff with Vojta. In case of any difficulties, please call Vera +420 736238705 or Bara +420 728124020 as there is realy low signal in the Centre and you could not reach me on my mobile phone on Sunday afternoon. Vera and Bara will be responsible for the bus departure from the airport.

For those who are arriving already early morning I would reccommend to put your luggage into the locker and you can go quite easy to the city taking the bus. All the leaders knows the way, just to remind you, you can take the bus n.100 or 119 which takes you to the Metro station. The best way is to buy one day travel card, which costs 70,-CZK, less than 3 EUR. You have to buy it at MHD sales at the airport.

• All leaders are expected to arrive on the 21th July.
• You will be expected at the Prague airport according to your arrivals.
• You will be taken to the hostel KLAMOVKA , adress: Vrchlického 78/647, Praha, Praha - Smíchov
• The meeting will start late afternoon on the 21th at our office, adress: Thunovská 18, Praha 1.
• On 22th morning we will go by bus to Turnov, small city about 80 Km north from Prague. We will visit the Centre, where the exchange will take place and stay for the night in Turnov, adress: Penzion U Svatého Jana, Hluboká 142, 511 01 Turnov.
• On Sunday morning we will come back to Prague.
